Practical information about Summio Waterpark Zwartkruis

Pets: Pets are very welcome at Summio Waterpark Zwartkruis. The surcharge is € 10 per pet, per night. Pets are only allowed by request.

Payment options: You must pay 50% of the total cost of the booking straight away, and the remainder 28 days before your arrival. When booking online, you’ll be redirected to our payment provider where you can complete the payment.

Deposit: We request a deposit of € 300. The deposit can be up to € 750 per stay based on the composition of your group.

Main booker's age: The main booker must be at least 21 years old. Due to the quiet character of the park, groups of people under 21 years are not permitted.

Preferential booking: Some bungalows have extra facilities. Would you like a bungalow with extra amenities? Then contact our Customer Contact Centre by phone. Would you like a preferred house number? Then you can select your preferred house number (for a fee) during the booking process. A surcharge may apply for preference booking.

Service charges: The service charges include the costs of the obligatory final cleaning and the use of bed linen. A towel package is not included as standard, but you can add it to your booking.
