Practical info about Summio Parc Duc de Brabant

Pets: Pets are welcome at Summio Parc Duc de Brabant. When booking, you will be informed whether pets are allowed at the accommodation. A maximum of two pets are allowed per bungalow (you must let us know if you are bringing a pet when making your booking). The surcharge per pet is €5.75 per night. Pets are not allowed if you are booking flat type 2B. Dogs are not allowed in restaurant Auberge De Hilver, but are allowed on the terrace and in the café.

Payment options: You must pay 50% of the total cost of the booking straightaway, and the remainder 28 days before your arrival. During the booking process, you will be directed to our payment provider where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: A deposit may be required for groups. The deposit can be paid by PIN or cash. The deposit is refunded once the holiday home has been inspected after you leave. For Type 10F and 10BTS, a deposit of €250 is required as standard.

Booking price information: The costs of your stay include the costs for compulsory final cleaning. A bed linen package is also included in the accommodation cost. If you are staying in a luxury or extra luxury property, beds are made on arrival. You also pay tourist tax and booking fees.

Preferential booking: Some bungalows have extra facilities. Would you like a bungalow with extra amenities? Then contact our Customer Contact Centre by phone. Would you like a preferred house number? Then you can select your preferred house number (for a fee) during the booking process. A surcharge may apply for preference booking.

Fireworks-free holiday park: At New Year's Eve, no fireworks may be set off at Summio Parc Duc De Brabant. We cannot completely rule out noise nuisance from outside and no enforcement takes place.
