Practical information about Summio Parc Heihaas

Pets: Pets are welcome at Summio Parc Heihaas. A maximum of two pets are allowed per bungalow (you must let us know if you are bringing a pet when making your booking). Surcharge per pet: € 5.75 per night. Pets are not allowed in the mini market. Pets are allowed in the Brasserie.

Payment options: You must pay 50% of the total cost of the booking straightaway, and the remainder 28 days before your arrival. During the booking process, you will be directed to our payment provider where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: A deposit may be required. The deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card. The deposit is refunded once the holiday home has been inspected after you leave. The amount of the deposit is € 300. If you rent 2 or more accommodations, the deposit is € 500.

Service charges: The service charge is the cost of compulsory final cleaning and use of bed linen. Made beds and towels can be optionally booked. In the case of deluxe and extra deluxe accommodation, the booking fee includes made beds. Which means more time for you to start enjoying your holiday straightaway!

Preferential booking: Some bungalows have extra facilities. Would you like a bungalow with extra amenities? Then contact our Customer Contact Centre by phone. Would you like a preferred house number? Then you can select your preferred house number (for a fee) during the booking process. A surcharge may apply for preference booking.

Low-firework holiday park: At Summio Parc Heihaas, fireworks may only be set off at a designated location during New Year's Eve. We cannot completely rule out noise nuisance from outside and no enforcement takes place.
