We do our absolute best to make your holiday at Summio Parcs as pleasant as possible. If you are unsatisfied about something or you have a complaint, we would like to hear this as soon as possible. We are happy to help you as soon as possible.
A complaint during your stay
Are you currently staying at one of our Summio holiday parks? We would advise you to report your feedback at reception as soon as possible. We will do all we possibly can to rectify the issue.
A complaint after your stay
Are you no longer staying at one of our Summio holiday parks or has your complaint not been dealt with completely to your satisfaction? Get in touch by completing the form below. You must submit your complaint within one month after your departure.
