Acquisition of holiday parks


On October 31st, 2023, Summio Parcs has acquired the management and reservations of a number of holiday parks previously offered by Landal Greenparks:

On December 5th, 2023, Summio Parcs has acquired the management and reservations of a number of holiday parks previously offered by Roompot:

This means that from those dates onwards we manage all reservations from people who are staying at one of these holiday parks at that time or in the future.

Did you make a reservation at Landal GreenParks or Roompot? Then it is good to know that nothing changes regarding your reservation or possible extras you booked. Nothing changes about your holiday at the park either. You will still enjoy the same facilities, activities, and service.

Frequently asked questions

I booked an insurance policy for my stay on the website of Landal GreenParks or Roompot. Will this policy expire?
No, your insurance policy remains valid. Do you have questions about your insurance policy, or do you want to submit a claim at the insurance company? Please contact the insurance company.

How can I check in at the park?
At most holiday parks you can check in at the reception. You will receive a key, card or access fob for your bungalow or apartment. At some parks checking in at the reception is not needed and you can enter the accommodation straight away. You will receive an e-mail 7 days before your arrival with information about the check-in procedure.

Will the check-in and check-out times remain the same?
Of course! The check-in and check-out times remain the same.

I booked extras or reserved an activity at the park. Does this remain unchanged?
Of course! Your reservation remains unchanged, including extras. Did you forget to book something, and do you still want to do this? Please contact our Customer Contact Centre. They are happy to help!

I booked a specific house number. Does this remain unchanged?
Of course! Your reservation remains unchanged If you booked a specific house number, this remains unchanged.

What is included in my stay? Is this the same as at Landal GreenParks or Roompot?
Your reservation remains unchanged, the service that was included while booking on the website of Landal GreenParks or Roompot is still included.

I have an outstanding payment for my reservation that has been made on the website of Landal GreenParks or Roompot. How can I pay?
You will receive an e-mail by Summio Parcs with a payment link so you can complete your payment with us.

Can I still use my Landal Gift card?
From October 31st, 2023, onwards it is no longer possible to use a Landal Gift card at a park that was previously managed by Landal GreenParks.

Can I still use my Roompot voucher?
From December 31st, 2023, onwards it is no longer possible to use a Roompot voucher at a park that was previously managed by Roompot. Roompot horecavouchers can no longer be used after December 5th, 2023.

Can I still pay with Roompot Vakantiecadeau or a guest card?
From December 5th, 2023, onwards it is no longer possible to use a Roompot Vakantiecadeau or guest card at a park that was previously managed by Roompot.

What changes at the park?
The visual communication at the park, like the welcome-plate and the flags, has been changed. Nothing changes regarding the facilities, activities, and service. From the summer of 2023 onwards, Senno, the friendly pet of Summio Parcs, will have his own Kids Club at Summio Parc Heihaas, Summio Parc Port Greve and Summio Parc Aquadelta. From the summer holidays of 2024 onwards, Senno will also be present at Summio Parc Duc de Brabant. The youngest guests can enjoy the most amazing adventures with Senno!
